N-BiG is proud to have concluded a comprehensive technical training session for the Omuriro Biomass Investment (OBI)–Transworld Cargo team in Tsumeb (11–12 June 2026). As a key Long-Term Fuel Supplier (LTFS) for the 40MW Otjikoto Biomass Power Station (ESS-OBPS), the OBI team is now equipped with the technical expertise to ensure field operations meet the highest standards.
The training focused on critical modules including legal requirements, sustainable harvesting techniques, and post-harvest aftercare, all aligned with FSC-Standards Namibia and the Environmental Management Practices (EMP’s) requirements. By emphasizing the “quantify before you harvest” principle, we are ensuring that Namibia’s biomass industry remains both productive and environmentally responsible.
